1. Free Coaching Scheme for Students with Disabilities
Target Group
- Students with disabilities who have at least 40% disability and are preparing for competitive examinations (For SSC/RRB – 12th pass & For Banking/Insurance/PSU – Graduate)
Objective
- Providing coaching facilities to enable students with disabilities to appear in competitive examinations for government jobs and to gain admission in various vocational and technical courses.
2. Financial Support for Accessible Learning Materials (SIPDA Scheme)
Target Group
- Students from school education to higher education students with disabilities
Objective
- Provide free accessible learning materials for students with visual impairment, including Talking Books, E-Pub/Digital formats, Large Print, and Tactile Books.
3. National Action Plan for Skill Development Programme (NAP-SDP) for Persons with Disabilities
Target Group
- Special schools / inclusive schools with a good track record of PwD students passing matriculation (10th Standard)
Objective
- Provide quality vocational skill training to persons with disabilities (PwDs).
- Promote employment, self-reliance & social contribution.
4. Cross Disability Early Intervention Centre (CD-EIC)
Target Group
- Children aged 0–6 years with developmental disabilities or at risk of developmental delay.
Objective
- Facilities offering therapeutic interventions for children with disabilities, including speech, physical, occupational & developmental therapies, nutritional support, and family counseling.
