GeM Tender for Empanelment of Local Chemists for Supply of Medicines and Surgical Consumables for Dispensary Services at NIEPVD, Dehradun
The National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (Divyangjan), under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, invites eligible bidders to participate in the GeM tender for empanelment of Local Chemist Services for supply of medicines and surgical consumable items required by the Institute.
The tender covers Branded Medicines, Generic Medicines, Surgical Consumable Items, Ethical Medicines and Injectable Medicines. The contract period is one year. The successful service provider shall fulfil the supply requirements of the NIEPVD dispensary in accordance with the technical specifications, eligibility conditions, service requirements and other terms prescribed in the GeM Bid Document.

Important Tender Conditions
- The service provider must maintain a physical office within 30 km of the consignee location in Dehradun.
- Medicines ordinarily required by the dispensary are to be supplied on the same working day as specified in the tender conditions.
- Generic medicines will be accepted only as per the prescribed CGHS-approved standard quality requirement.
- Sufficient stock of standard-quality medicines must be maintained to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- The technically qualified bidder offering the highest percentage of discount will be considered for award as specified in the tender.
