World Down Syndrome Day 2025
On the occasion of World Down Syndrome Day, an Awareness Camp was organized at the Institute’s Cross Disability Early Intervention Centre with the aim of empowering and educating individuals, caregivers, and stakeholders about Down Syndrome.
The event focused on early identification, intervention, and inclusive development, providing valuable insights into support strategies, therapies, and educational opportunities for children with Down Syndrome. Experts shared their knowledge on promoting independence, skill-building, and social inclusion, ensuring that every child receives the necessary support to thrive.
Through interactive sessions, discussions, and awareness activities, the camp reinforced the importance of equal opportunities and an inclusive society for individuals with Down Syndrome.
