Awareness Program on World Autism Awareness Day at NIEPVD

On the occasion of World Autism Awareness Day, NIEPVD organized an awareness program through its Cross-Disability Early Intervention Center and Department of Clinical & Rehabilitation Psychology & Research to promote understanding and support for individuals with autism.

The event featured insightful addresses, cultural performances by children with special needs, a theatrical presentation by Psychology students, and informative sessions on government schemes for persons with disabilities. Parents also shared their experiences, highlighting the positive impact of early intervention services.

This initiative reaffirmed NIEPVD’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive society.
