Procurement of Studio Equipment for Talking Book Unit (DALM)
The proposed procurement aims to establish and strengthen the studio infrastructure of the Talking Book Unit under the Department of Accessible Literature and Materials (DALM), NIEPVD. The GeM bid includes desktop computers, sound cards, microphones, speakers, and computer tables with chairs required for high-quality digital audio recording and content creation. The estimated bid value is ₹4,95,000/-, with delivery to NIEPVD, Dehradun within 15 days. The procurement will enhance the Institute’s capacity to produce accessible learning materials and talking books for persons with visual impairments, ensuring timely delivery of quality educational resources and supporting inclusive education initiatives.
